What happen when you don’t sleep well is directly linked to what you can see in the picture above?
1) Decrease of your immune system 
2)Increase of your inflammatory disease such as diabetes, obesity, fatty liver, endometriosis, arthritis 
3) Increase of cardiovascular 🫀 diseases.

How to manage this 
1. Have a good sleep from six to 8 hours a day.

2. In order to sleep well you have to be in a temperature which is a bit lower that a day temperature actually that why God created nights to help you sleep.

3) Regularity is a key 🔑, sleep and wake up on the same hours regardless of a day, either weekend or week days. 

Remember, the longer the life you need as you always make a wish in our birthdays is directly linked to a good sleep. 

Why mens or many leaders die early? 

1) They don’t sleep well always most of the mens comes back home close to morning hours daily while our mama’s had a good sleep 😴. I encourage men to change this habit otherwise your are inviting those diseases mentioned above.

2) Why means don’t sleep becuase they have many plans ahead and being stressed for that as if they are God. Everything must me in balance to avoid luck of sleep as you will be inviting these diseases.
