SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, OR WHAT DAY FOR WORSHIP? As concerning if the New Testament believers should keep to the Jewish sabbath day or not. I will want to give scriptural clarity concerning this topic to many believers who are confused as to what day to worship. Get this clear: ● God rested on the seventh day (but God never made it a law, as it was never revealed in scriptures that Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham etc rested on the seventh day). Therefore it was neither a law nor instructions to the saints that lived before the Law ● In the law, God gave the Israelites the instruction of keeping to the sabbath day which was to be on the seventh day (Saturday)- Exodus 20:8-11. But it was a SIGN of agreement between God and the Jews. The sabbath day was standing as a SIGN of agreement between Israel and God. What happen when you don’t sleep well is directly linked to what you can see in the picture above? 1) Decrease of your immune system  2)Increase of your inflammatory disease such as diabetes, obesity, fatty liver, endometriosis, arthritis  3) Increase of cardiovascular 🫀 diseases. How to manage this  1. Have a good sleep from six to 8 hours a day. 2. In order to sleep well you have to be in a temperature which is a bit lower that a day temperature actually that why God created nights to help you sleep. 3) Regularity is a key 🔑, sleep and wake up on the same hours regardless of a day, either weekend or week days.  Remember, the longer the life you need as you always make a wish in our birthdays is directly linked to a good sleep.  Why mens or many leaders die early?  1) They don’t sleep well always most of the mens comes back home close to morning hours daily while our mama’s had a good sleep 😴.
